@Celia Gourmet chocolate and hazelnut buns for less than 1€ per person with the products brand of For 8 buns dough: 250g flour t45 60g of milk 20g of powdered sugar 4g of salt 2 eggs 5g of baker's yeast 50g of sweet butter Filling: 200g of spread In the bowl of your food processor pour the flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and mix. Add the eggs, milk and the dough for 10 minutes. Add the chocolate butter and again until the dough comes off the sides of the bowl. Cover your dough and let it grow until it doubles in volume. Divide the dough into 8 sticks, lightly spread each stick on a lightly floured work surface to form a disc about 6cm long. Place about 1 of spread and close gently to form a ball. Place the buns on a baking sheet, cover and let them grow until they double in volume. Cook at 180° for about 10min. Ice cream: 200g milk chocolate 50g of hazelnuts 30g of synthetic oil (sunflower, rapeseed ..) Start by roasting the hazelnuts in a preheated oven at 150° for 20 minutes. Rub them lightly to remove the skin and then coarsely crush them with a mortar, blender or knife. Melt the chocolate with the oil in a double boiler, add the hazelnuts and mix. Finally ice your buns and enjoy!
