I imagine myself as Drew Brees leading the Saints against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers  We’ve got 15 minutes left on the clock with all three timeouts but the score is 17-0 Tampa is winning.  What do I do?! Hype up the freaking energy to 💯 and do whatever is necessary to win 🏆  That’s the energy I get from October 🧙🏼‍♀️ The magic energy that shifts me out of my seat and i hit the ground running for the win.  There are ONLY 3 short months left  ONLY 82 days left of the year!  We’re in the final quarter to squeeze all of the  opportunities and potential out of the next short days.  What will YOU do?! What did you do in the last 3 months that didn’t work? What are you doing that IS working? What do you want so badly, you can’t breathe thinking of it, as your own championship 🥹 What are you trying to create for yourself before 2024?  I’m talking DEEP health, wealth, relationship, and self GOALS: Personally for me this quarter is about: - adding more to my nighttime routine such as reading, drinking tea, calming my mind, etc.  - creating my weekly/ monthly calendar on Sundays along with meal prepping and prepping clients for each week going into the holidayzzz - creating content to serve YOU  - remembering I’m #1! So I’m being intentional with myself and my body.  - getting ready for all the holiday firsts with Tony  + leading Team Unleashed to their goals 🏆🫶🏽 With 82 days left of the year, prioritize yourself doll 😘 In 3 months, where do you want to be? She’s busy with work and home life and constantly battling the best of her worlds! I’ve had trouble feeling comfortable in my own skin..  I HATED sitting down and having rolls over my jeans  It’s always made me feel so insecure.  And feeling like I was alone in my fitness made me uncomfortable.  Some easy things I started doing to take care of myself without the overwhelming feeling of trying to be perfect 👇🏼  👉🏽 drinking MORE water  👉🏽 eating MORE nutrient dense foods  👉🏽 STOP the giant coffees and empty calories without any food or protein first thing in the am 👉🏽 START giving myself a break  Being worry free and confident in your own skin is the true goal And if you’re thinking you’re alone in your fitness struggles Remember you can ask for help and still be a BOSS. The truth is no one is coming no one is coming to tell you to go work out  When I was struggling When I was at my lowest point in my fitness journey  The last thing I wanted to do was workout  The last thing I felt like eating was veggies Because I was depressed  I was in a bad place physically And mentally  But I knew that the only way I could get through it was to MAKE myself do it.  Because The truth was no one came No one came to make me workout  No one came to make me fuel my body with the right food  I had to understand  That the person I wanted to be was within me all along.  But I had to fight like hell to find her.  I had to get up and move my body when I would rather give up.  Because I had to change.  I invested into myself.  no one is coming to save you from the path you’re going down  if you want to make that change  it starts from within  if you want control take it. & invest in yourself and your future.
