My grandfather passed away in 2012/13 BUT before he did he kept saying to my mom "Nalaay (that's her nickname frm him) Ii want to perform Haji before li die. Unfortunately she wasn't able to make that wish come true for him. However she was able to Take my grandma before she passed away. But it stayed in my moms heart for YEARS that she didn't take her dad to perform Hajj. So in June of 2023 a decade later my mother was able to make my grandfather wish come true with the help of her kids (Anisa, Firdowsa, Edajah & Zakaria) someone was able to complete Haji on my grandfather behalf & now he's officially a HAJI!
