And now in 39 days I’m gonna do the longest race of my life. Between managing training, running a couple businesses, and trying to remember to take care of myself, there’s one thing in common. Set big goals, commit to them, and crazy things can happen. I’ve had images of “Ironman” on my vision board for over 10 years. And finally in 39 days I race my first ever Ironman.

Or lazy. Or in poor health. Training for this Ironman so far has allowed my mental health to get better. To gain more clarity, feel better, and have more overall energy. Today is day 29/144 of training for my Ironman. And I’ll see you guys again tomorrow.

Training pretty much everyday is a radical shift from basically doing nothing physically for the last couple years.  Sometimes in order to break a pattern or cycle, we need to do something drastic or radical to do it.  See you guys tomorrow.
