I usually don't hop on such topics online and this video's kinda cringe lol But since hours I see especially a lot of younger artists debating about if its still worth it trying to become an artist in the industry because of AI. Its sad to see those hopes crushed, and thats why I wanted to make this video. Dear people, whose dream it is still to become an artist, be it an animator, game artist, graphics designer or wtv, don't give up on that dream or goal !! Yeah Ai might suck or is scary, but remember there are still humans behind the technology and they're not as creative or skilled as you! They only press a few buttons and let a program do it for them, like cmon how lazy and lame is that? Isn't it? I for myself started studying game graphics last year. And yes we also had talks about AI and how it is a thing you shouldn't underestimate. BUT let me tell you how MANY artist are still in that school and how many more are applying to study there. Being an artist is NOT wrong nowadays and still worth a TON. Enough people and companies in the industry are rejecting AI and still support real artist, because they know they would loose an hilarious amount of community members, fans, etc. And yes, there will be companies who use AI, but remember there are also as many other companies and people who support you as an artist, aswell as your art. Don't panic or give up too early, you can't let Ai win over your life choices that way. That's pretty much it, I hope I could motivate at least some of you to keep going. Never loose sight of your dreams and goals! Work everyday (or whenever you can) to archive that goal! Be there for each other in our art community, don't gate keep and help the ones that are unsure or scared and need help!
