Figuring that out at 30 has been a weird experience, to put it mildly. 😂 However, I’m learning that a lot of the difficulties I deal with are 😱 MANAGEABLE?✨ Some of those being time management, organization, and executive dysfunction. That being said, I’m SO grateful to Nicole, who was not only so sweetly patient, but was so excited the entire time I worked on her moth frog! I only told close friends of my suspicions until now, so let me just announce that I’m super grateful to EVERYONE who has supported my ceramics. I made a custom Fairy Frog for @SoundOfTheForest 🍉 🧚‍♀️✨🐸 I’m so excited to finally show you guys the Polyphemus moth Frog I made for Nicole!! She loves bugs (even more than me!!) so I wanted to make a frog version of her favorite winged creature. Fun fact: The Polyphemus moth has a built-in illusion! The transparent spots on its wings aren’t just for show—they help break up its silhouette, making it harder for predators to spot. It’s like nature’s own camouflage trick! Adding that special feature into the design would be tricky, as clay is NOT transparent.
