May as well bring the transformation to tiktok 🤷🏻♂️ March–August. Days turn into weeks, weeks turn into months, and months turn into the new norm. Am I satisfied? Yes and no, but you’ll never get any closer to reaching the finish line if you don’t take that first step. Plus, this transformation was just as much mental as it was physical. And there’s still more work to be done on both fronts. It’s been one hell of a bumpy ride, like VERY bumpy, but I’m genuinely grateful for the experiences I’ve had and people I’ve met along the way. PS: Thank you for trying to tell me and everyone I know that I wasn’t good enough. It helped me to see that I’m more than enough; always have been, always will be. Sometimes it just takes a really vile, scummy, piece of shit of a human to try to destroy your life in order for you to learn that lesson. PPS: The fact that a sorry excuse of a “man” who can only bench 165 had the audacity to even look at my physique, let alone talk shit about it, is absolutely hilarious. First-year lifters should be able to bench their own body weight. How about instead of sending 20 texts to a woman in a relationship, begging her to cuddle with you in a hotel room (that’s the best rizz you can come up with? 😬), you send me 20 DMs and beg me to show you how not to be a scrawny twat. Because your current program ain’t worth shit, little buddy. But I’ll leave it at that because those of us who actually care about the gym and the lifestyle don’t tear others down—we celebrate everyone’s progress and journey.
