If everyone has access to it, how valuable is it really? It has taken me a while to finally clean out my closet from revealing and immodest clothes. Even though I haven’t worn these clothes in a while, I definitely still had an attachment to them because that was part of my identity. It’s heartbreaking that a lot of women don’t understand how precious their bodies are. But I also get it, because I was the same way and believed the lie of the world “if you got it, flaunt it.” I genuinely just don’t feel comfortable wearing clothes like that anymore, and all glory be to God. I won’t be going back to what the industry has taught us to eat. Being a fitness coach we are taught to surround our diet with carbs and protein, and to be cautious about fats. But I did my own research about that and it shows that we actually don’t need to be eating many carbs at all, since carbs are the only macronutrient that our body naturally produces it all on its own. I always wondered why I would get sick so easily, have brain fog, and low energy all the time. Then I found out these are all symptoms of overeating carbs. Once I started this diet I immediately had so much energy, no brain fog, haven’t gotten sick, and I am starting to lean out.
