I’m here to tell you it’s NOT YOUR FAULT! Many big box garden companies sell seeds grown in much different climates than you’re growing in. Seeds REMEMBER and store this information in their genetics. Isn’t that wild?! So my biggest tip for you: find a local seed company that sells seed grown locally to YOU! They’ll be used to your growing environment and you’ll start out with much more successful seeds. Once you get the hang of things, save your own seed and they’ll be even more adapted to your growing area. Every year will keep getting better!
