Basmati Rice  - Wash your rice, add some butter to a hot pan - When butter has melted, add in your washed rice and toast your rice for about 3-4 mins  - Add Turmeric, Cumin, Salt, Oregano, Black Pepper - Add in 1 and 1/4 cup water to each 1 cup of rice. So if you are using 2 cups of rice add in 2.5 cups of water.  - After you add in your water, add a spoon of Chicken Bouillon seasoning - Let water cook into rice, mix then cover with aluminum and top and let rice steam cook on low fire for 30 minutes. DO NOT TOUCH OR OPEN until 30 minutes are up.
