Forget beef galbi — the real deal is eating it with pork marinated galbi. Matcha bingsu at home Recipe 1. Mix milk, water, condensed milk and salt 2. Put it to freezer for 8 hour and grate it using a grater (milk based shaved ice) 3. Mix condensed milk, matcha powder, salt and milk to make matcha syrup 4. Boil red bean for 1 hour and add sugar, salt, butter to make sweet red bean paste 5. Layer shaved ice and matcha syrup in order, then sprinkle a mix of matcha powder and powdered sugar on top. Finish with sweet red bean paste #koreanfood #koreandessert #matcha #bingsu #summer
