never again will I take it for granted. moving, walking… or simply standing on two feet. It’s funny how quickly your priorities and goals can change. Well it’s not. But you know… lol. Week 3 @iamtristangatto turned up the heat and I’m SO f***ing GRATEFUL TO MOVEEEEE. I feels good to feel pieces of myself, still there, still strong. I can not emphasize how important it is to prioritize STRONG. Through out this whole process I have been reminded that the consistent work and time I have put into nourishing myself, strengthening muscles, mind, and my endurance- MATTERS. Sure, we all want a six pack for the aesthetic of it all. But I can’t tell you how many times I have been so grateful that I can balance well on one foot when I have to wash my face. Or that I can pistol squat to get down and stand up from the toilet lol. This would be an entirely impossible experience for me if I was full noodle. Take care of your body so that if and when the time comes- it will take care of you. I am helping my process along with red light therapy & @epemf.app sound frequency healing, bio magnetic therapy, and allll the protein and sleeping as much as I can. The road is long but im starting to see the light ✨ Go get on your mat. Go to the gym. Go for a walk. And if not for you pleaaaaase do it for me 🫶🏼 Enjoy the pain of discipline and growth.
