We bring the bunnies inside when it goes below 25 outside. It’s been a very cold winter, so they’re currently indoors! Hoping they can be back outside some time in February. I change the chickens’ water 2-3 times per day right now. The girls just started laying! 3 of them are laying right now. You need 3 years of farming experience for a USDA loan. You do NOT need prior farming experience for a Farm Credit loan. That is the loan that I have. The Farm credit system is completely separate from the USDA and has nothing to do with the current federal government changes. #homestead #farmlife #farmtok #land

It’s worth the drive! And we’ve been conditioned to think all produce should be massive, shiny, coated in wax, and colorful. Real produce has blemishes! I would absolutely eat some of these apples lol. And it benefits the orchard because they had a surplus of apples this year.
