Denzel Washington once said, “To get something you’ve never had, you have to do something you’ve never done.” The first part of this video? I never would’ve shared it before. The second part, that’s the bit I would’ve chosen. The polished moment. The “result.” But the truth is, society tends to celebrate outcomes, not the stumbles that lead us there. One of the biggest challenges I’ve faced is untangling myself from the need for external validation. That mindset, fearful, limiting, holds so many of us back. But breaking it? That’s where real growth begins. To fail is to learn. To learn is to grow. So keep growing. Wear your failures not as shame, but as proof of your courage, your development in character and intelligence, and your ability to flow with life rather than resist it.
