Part of the reason we don’t feel our best or experience burnout especially when things get busy is because we fall out of our routine. Here are 3 things I challenge you not to neglect this week. 1 thing I always struggle with is making sure eat breakfast. Breakfast is so important as it sets the tone for the day. Your mood, and your mind depends on how you nourish yourself in the morning. Everything showers are my fav, I get to unwind and unplug and get away from work, anything digital, people some times lol it’s great and a chance for me to slow down and enjoy the BEST vanilla shower routine.
