For-profit insurance companies like UnitedHealthcare are defrauding taxpayers out of $80 billion a year. HHS Secretary Kennedy claims he wants to "clean up corruption" while he is doubling taxpayer dollars to these companies. That sounds like the real "waste, fraud, and abuse."

It's 2025 and Americans still get an average of 15 robocalls each month. Spam calls are not just annoying and predatory, they're preventable. Congress needs to act and hold bad actors accountable.

Republicans are saying that these cuts will be reinvested into Medicaid for people who "deserve" it. If that were true, the budget would stay the same. But that's not what's happening. Why? Because down the hall, they are trying to finance tax breaks for billionaires.

Republicans are making empty promises that Medicaid won't be touched —then turning around and trying to cut $880B from Medicaid recipients across the country. They're saying "take our word." I say show us the bill. I introduced an amendment to expose the devastating impact these “non-cuts” would have.
