How to pray the funeral prayer 1- After the First Takbeer: Recite Surat Al-Fatiha. 2-After the Second Takbeer: Salat Al-Ibrahimiyya (Allahumma Salli Alaa Muhammad Wa Alaa Aali Muhammad....to the end). 3-After the Third Takbeer: Pray for the dead but according how it is narrated from our Prophet (SAW). One of them is: (Allahummagfir lahuu warhamhu wathabbit-hu Alal gawlu Athaabit). 4- Then lastly after the Fourth Takbeer: Say: (Allahumma laa tuharrimnaa ajrahuu wa laa taftinna ba'adahuu) And you should pray for all Muslims. 5- And lastly end the prayer with one Salaam to the right (Just once). Please share if you think its right for the benefit of others. May Allah forgive our sins and grant us all a good end...

I always get asked.. what is the best exercise to build your chest ? I say .. stick to basics .. incline - flat - decline chest press alternate with bar or dumbbells and heavy flys .. finish with pushups and dips. Keep it simple and easy.. let’s go !!!! Build your chest bulk in the off season .. trim it in the on season or warmer months

Subhnaa Allah I remember when I was a digger at the cemeteries .. Rookwood - river stone- narrellan - Liverpool cemeteries … I dug and buried from 1998 to 2016 … AlhamdulilAllah… I remember this grave I dig for a 17 yr old kid who died while playing soccer … he was a beautiful blonde kid who had a heart attack on the soccer field .. it was hot summer day and this grave was dug in Liverpool cemetery. I remember laying in the grave for the first time to see how it feels .. I remember it was dark .. clammy and cold … AlhamdulilAllah
