Hey @TMZ I hope you realize how egregious it is to post the kinds of photos you posted today. I also hope you do some serious soul searching if clout and “spilling the tea” is more important to you than basic human decency.

This may seem like a dumb thing to complain about but I always tip & give 5 Stars even when the delivery sucks. IF I have reported “not getting my order” it hasn’t happened in the last year. I really never remember reporting before but I have had DoorDash for a handful of years so I won’t say “never” in case I just can’t remember. But I know in the last year I haven’t. I have had my Dasher account for 3 years (I know I really never used it but at holiday time I did. I’m a long time customer, I order probably 2-3x per week, I always do contact delivery and it’s never a problem. It just feels very shady that I report once in 12 months and offered to show them the proof I wasn’t lying & then I immediately lose contactless delivery & get lied to by 2 customer service agents. I’d like a print out with dates & times since I have opened my account where I have maked the delivery as “not delivered.” If I’m wrong I’ll own that but I’m confident I’m not. If my boyfriend isn’t home I do not want to come face to face with a stranger to get my cat litter or Sonic order. Especially at night.
