Made this video a little over a month and a half ago when I was going through one of the most intense transformations of my life. I was deeply afraid, falling back into old patterns. My grandma just passed, I closed my business cuz it no longer aligned with my values. I realized everything I had ever built in my life was from a state of unhealed pain and trauma. My business. My persona. My beliefs. I finally started healing. I regulated my nervous system, went back to church, and while I was having some beautiful moments, everything I had built my life upon was crumbling. I was no longer who I used to be and was still unsure of who I was becoming. One thing I did have though was faith, and while I was letting everything crumble around me — through the smoke I saw a small light that has just grown stronger over the past few months. I understand why my journey had to be the way it was. I understand that my lived experience needs to be shared and used to help others exit the dark hole I used to live in. I’m excited to share that with you all soon. I truly believe this next version of me, my business and my brand is here to change, catalyze and empower women (especially women in the spicy industry who want out) into their highest timeline. I’m happier than I’ve ever been now. More in my purpose. More in love. Living in more faith. Desiring nothing but more impact and service to the world from the full cup I now have.
