Meet my parents’ corgi, Lou!

Poppa has loved corgis his whole life, but never imagined he’d have one of his own...until he met me and Brady, and everything changed. Just six months into dating, my breeder let me know she had a big litter - Brady’s nieces and nephews. I mentioned it to Chase, and it didn’t take much convincing. It wasn’t the right time for him to get a dog, but we now had each other, and we lived in the same building which made it feel possible. So, he said yes. Graffiti joined our lives, and not long after, we moved in together. That was the beginning of everything. 🐾 Today we’re celebrating our anniversary...but it also feels like we’re celebrating the beginning of our little family of four. Because for as long as Chase and I have been together, we’ve had the boys too. Happy anniversary, Chase. Eight years down…a lifetime to go. Brady on grrr 👹

I moved Brady’s annual blood work and x-ray up after his foot scare the other day. He’s been fine since...almost certain he stepped on a bee, but I wanted to be sure nothing was stuck. Unfortunately, there was a mix-up with his wellness plan so we couldn’t do the x-rays, which was frustrating since I’d already given him the sedative. I hate giving him things unnecessarily...especially now that he’s turning 11 soon. But the vet checked him over and confirmed his foot looks good, with no allergic reaction or anything stuck, and that’s what matters most! ❤️
