chicken gravy w mashed potatoes night🤍 *i don’t measure things, srry* golden potatoes (or whatever potato you like) heavy cream chicken broth flour shredded chicken milk cream cheese butterrrrr diced onions Seasonings: Salt+Pep, Tony’s Cajun, onion powder, paprika boil potatoes until fork tender, drain and mash. mix with cream, cream cheese, and seasonings melt butter, cook onions, add 3 tbs flour, and continuously whisk for 3 ish minutes *burns fast* slowly add chicken broth little at a time until it’s a sticky paste, whisking constantly to break up flour- then add cream and milk until it’s gravy consistency *it gets thicker the longer it cooks* add seasonings and shredded chicken, 5/10 minutes on low.
