The @MotoSport.com 1983 CR125 project is all finished and ready to hit the track. Everything has been torn down, cleaned, fixed, and rebuilt. Duane Brown got the cracks on the frame welded up, and then the frame was powder coated by American Powder-coating. All new bearings in everything. Wheels fully rebuilt with some fresh Dunlop tires. Renthal sprockets and chain. VMX with the new plastics, seat foam and seat cover. New seals, bushings and oil for the suspension. The engine has gotten a ton of love, everything in there has gone through war so it’s been a process to get everything it’s needed. The crank was rebuilt with a Wossner rod, then it got a fresh Wossner piston. @Maxima Racing Oils and fluids. MotoSport with everything to get this this puppy finished!
