Episode 108 of the @Talkin’ Shop Podcast: “My daughter’s coach is a yeller and it’s taking a toll on her love of the game. What should I do?” . Before I had my “Lightbulb moment,” I yelled, and ended careers with my self righteous and toxic tone. Facts. . But there is a life lesson here. Down the road, your child will definitely have coaches, professors, bosses, etc. who don’t match up to their personal taste. Some will simply be UNFAIR and WRONG. It’s inevitable. Can they keep the love for the game ALIVE, while seeing the forest through this TREE (who’s learning how to coach).
