Nahirapan ako sa tanong na to 😅 This is a controversial question and ofcourse iba iba tayo ng opinion. Some of you might say be grateful nalang kasi may free food sa barko, yes anjan tayo sa gratefulness but are we really helping or are we tolerating bad behaviours onboard. There are a lot of approaches you can do, this is what worked for me. Kodus to the cooks who always do their best kahit mahirap iimpress ang mga tao onboard 😅

Seafaring is a noble profession and I would say the most honest job. You're paid what you signed for and you can't falsify anything just to earn more. (except sa minority na kupitan ng provision and benta benta ng smoke) Seafaring gives you a great financial advantage but it comes with its own risks. Use this profession as a stepping stone to fund and build your dreams. ⚖️ Weigh what you're going to gain and you're going to lose. And never let anyone dictate what you should do in life. Do what makes you happy instead.
