A post by @everhearth.inn on TikTok caption: Rose Meadow Tiny Cakes, recipe also where you know, and it has a bit better formatting 😉: Ingredients: Rose Water- 1 cup water ½ cup rose petals, dried see notes Cake- ¾ cup flour ⅛ tsp salt ¼ tsp baking soda ¼ cup buttermilk 6 tbsp unsalted butter softened ½ cup granulated sugar 2 ½ tbsp rose water 1 egg 1 tbsp rose petals, dried for garnish strawberries optional, for garnish Buttercream Frosting- ½ cup salted butter slightly softened 2 cup powdered sugar 2 oz white chocolate 1 ½ tbsp rose water more as needed Instructions Rose Water Boil the water in a small saucepan Once boiling, set the heat to low and immediately add the dried roses Let the roses steep for 15 minutes Strain the liquid into a container that can be tightly sealed (I used a mason jar) and, once cooled, store it in the fridge until you are ready to use it. Buttercream Frosting In a medium mixing bowl, add the softened butter and powdered sugar. Using an electric mixer, mix on medium speed for about 30 seconds, then add the rose water and white chocolate. Scrape the sides of the bowl, and then mix for another 30 seconds until the frosting is fluffy and the rose water and chocolate is fully incorporated. If the icing is still crumbly, add a splash of rose water (about 1 teaspoon at a time) and mix until fully incorporated. If the icing is too liquidy, add more powdered sugar. Set the frosting aside for later Cake Preheat oven to 350F (177C) In a small bowl, mix together the flour, salt, and baking soda. Set aside. Combine the sugar, rose water, and butter in a large bowl. Mix with an electric mixer until fully combined, about 2 minutes Add in the egg and mix again, about 30 seconds. Add half of the flour mixture to the bowl and mix until combined. Add in the buttermilk and mix, then add in the rest of the flour mixure and mix until fully combined, about 2 minutes. Add the batter to your pan of choice. We opted for a rose shaped mini-cake/cupcake pan. For cupcakes/mini cakes, fill the cups, leaving 1/4" at the top. For mini cakes/bundt cake pans, fill it no more than 3/4 of the way to the top. Bake for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Once fully cooled, remove the cakes from the pan Add the frosting to the tops of the cakes, and garnish the tops with the extra rose petals. If you have strawberries, slice them thinly and place around the cakes. Notes I used a combination of dried Siberian Roses and dried Red Rose Petals. Any will work, I suggest looking for dried roses used in teas, or make sure the packaging or seller says the roses are edible, food-grade roses. #Recipe #sweet #cake #rose

A post by @everhearth.inn on TikTok caption: Recipe here! Or on our site with decently better formatting 😅 also find us on other socials, check out our b10! Ingredients Chicken Parmesan - 2 cup Panko bread crumbs japanese style - 4 large eggs - ½ cup parmesean cheese freshly grated - 2 chicken breasts - 1-1.5 tsp garlic granules 1 1/2 if you are a garlic lover - vegetable oil for frying - 6 slices provolone the sandwich slices - 4 oz mozzerella - salt to taste - 1 box spaghetti prepared according to box instructions Tomato Sauce - 3 tbsp butter - 1 large yellow onion diced - 4-5 fresh basil leaves finely chopped - 4 garlic cloves chopped - 2 lbs tomato peeled and diced - 1 ½ tbsp honey or granulated sugar - salt to taste - pepper to taste Instructions Prepare the sauce - Melt the butter in a large saute pan over medium heat. Add in the chopped garlic, and cook until aromatic, about 1 minute. You can add extra garlic here if you are a garlic lover, I did 5 cloves.
 - Add in the diced onion, and cook until transparent, about 7-8 minutes.
 - Add the diced tomato, honey, salt and pepper to the pan
 - Continue to cook until the sauce begins to boil, then turn the heat to low. Add in the basil and let simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally to break up the tomato chunks. While the sauce is cooking, you can continue to the Chicken Parmesan preparation.
 - Once the sauce is finished cooking, you can optionally use an immersion blender to puree the sauce. If you prefer a chunkier consistency, just leave it as-is.
Prepare the Chicken Parmesan - Preheat the oven to 350F (175C) - Cut the two chicken breasts in half, lengthwise. You will end up with a total of four thinner chicken breasts.
 - Wrap each chicken breast half in plastic wrap, and tenderize until thin. Salt lightly and set aside.
 - In a large bowl, whisk together the panko, parmesan, garlic granules, and additional salt. Don't add too much salt, since some has already been added to the chicken.
 - In a medium mixing bowl, beat the eggs.
 - Dip the chicken breast first in the eggs, then coat with the panko mixture. Dip again in the egg, and then coat again in the panko mixture. Set aside. (This second coating is optional, however I would highly suggest it as it made the chicken extra crispy and delicious!)
 - In a large skillet, heat up 1/2 inch of the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the chicken, and cook until golden brown, about 3 minutes per side. Transfer the fried breast to a prepared baking sheet.
 - Top each of the chicken breasts with 1 1/2 slices of the provolone, and 1 oz of the mozzerella. Put them in the oven until the cheese is melted, about 3 minutes.
Plate the Dish! - To a plate, add the spaghetti (prepared according to box instructions), and then top with the tomato sauce.
 - Finally, place the chicken on top of the sauce. Having the sauce under the chicken will ensure the chicken stays crispy!
 - Feast and enjoy, adventurer!
