MISSION CONTROL 001 is now complete 🙏 Thank you to everyone that supported our very first @missioncontrolevent from those that purchased tickets, @fabulousme_fans, Artists, Vendors, 8th Wonder, City of Houston, @hakubiverse, Jeremiah Hebert, The Kandi Girls,, Transportation & Production, Agents, & Management Our first MISSION CONTROL featured @markusschulz @djnifra @ibluestone @bt @sarahdewarren @timclarklive @tr3n_ofc @steven_lawrence_ofc @sephihakubi @edrdomusic @neer_music @billygillies @shaydecastro & more! This event had many challenges including a cancelled flight due to adverse weather by Billy Gillies and a sudden illness by Shay De Castro. Technical difficulties were presented. Chance of scattered thunderstorms brought light rain at times, and it got cold being in December. Less than 2 months to organize this event from scratch, building everything in a lot Downtown. Our team scrambled to get things working properly and acceptable for our Galaxy Family. Our main festival Galaxy Station 2024: The Portal Awakens had been planned meticulously for over 8 months to be held at a Live Nation venue - Bayou Music Center. It was a 2-day festival including multiple stages, private VIP areas, reserved premium balcony seating, bottle service tables, boxes/suites, numerous spacious green rooms, production office an @l.acoustics.official sound system After 8 months of hard work and planning, Bayou cancelled their participation in our festival unilaterally (without our knowledge, consent). We received a letter in the mail they are withdrawing their venue and cancelling without reason. They caused a massive amount of problems for us including contracts/obligations with over 20 musicians, travel booked, marketing costs, and much more. Although we survived, it is at great cost.
