Our bakery team members used to spend hours manually making ganache — now they have the freedom to craft more products, rather than stir chocolate and cream. This level of equipment not only saves huge amounts of time, it also means that our ganache is consistent, every single time. The best thing though? Putting a mug under the tap and drinking warm, very high quality chocolate ganache.
