Thanks for all the dancing and hugs at Mt. Baker Pride in Seattle yesterday! That was such a sweet event. Thanks Ondrea for inviting me! I really needed to get out of my own head, dig my naked hobbit toes into the grass, and scream my dissent into the wind with you all. Soul replenishing. The clip here cuts off the longer list of people and organizations and genocides we denounced. I’m sure you can imagine. It was the first time in 5 years I hugged strangers. I used to hug everyone at every show. I don’t think I realized how much that part of shows fuels me. For plague reasons I’m not sure I will always do it but I sure did need it yesterday. I love you all always: My gays of all ages. My trans grandkids. My Brown clown posse. And that one guy who looked like he should be on Love Island. I’ve got all your backs. Thanks for having mine. Happy Pride. 🏳️🌈❤️🏳️⚧️ *if you were the person who asked me to sign your sketchbook with your special pen can you send me a picture of your drawing? *And thanks for standing in the hot sun for hours to get merch. I underestimated how many of you would choose little Pride over big Pride, then saw you all coming in and realized oh right. These peeps are a bit of me. We love community. We are easily overstimulated. So I didn’t bring enough stuff for how many people showed up! I sold out of hats, patches, totes, and crew socks. There are more of all of that available at the merch link in the link tree in my bio.
