Extremely difficult week in LA. No power for almost 4 days but that’s nothing compared to the great losses for many. We have bags packed in case of an evacuation and had the opportunity to go through our home and grab certain possessions, which so many did not have. That is just heartbreaking. It’s amazing to see the community stepping up and helping others which is what we’re trying to focus on. We have some donation resources in our bio if you can help from afar. If you are local to LA there is a list of volunteer and donation resources as well.

The blue light from screens can affect us in ways we don’t realize. And Abbey was tested for visual processing when she was 7 years old and we discovered she’s sensitive to certain types of light and that various filters helped her eyes focus.
