Back in November of 2024, Bishop TD Jakes filed a lawsuit against fellow Paster Duane Youngblood stemming from an interview YB did in Larry Reid Live. But now YB is saying the lawsuit should be thrown out because what he said on the interview is protected free speech. YB also says that Jakes’ son, Jermaine Jakes, threatened him via social media. Jakes has responded and said the suit should move forward. What will a judge decide?

Anthony Buzbee, the Texas lawyer that is representing many of the plaintiffs civilly suing Diddy might be having some issues. A grievances committee recently DENIED his application to be admitted to practice in the SDNY - Buzbee is saying the denial is because an attorney for one of the defendants he filed An action against submitted a complaint to the NY state bar but he is hoping to still be allowed to practice and represent his clients. Attorneys could Buzbees denial have any bearing on the jayz dismissal? Or is this small potatoes. Also - one of Diddys lawyers, Anthony Ricco wants OUT of his case

A$AP Rocky was found NOT GUILTY in his felony assault with a firearms trial in Los Angeles, California today. He was facing 2 counts stemming from an incident with his ex-group mate Terrell ‘Relli’ Ephron but the jury of 12 (7 women, 5 men) found him NOT Guilty on both counts. The courtroom ERUPTED after the verdict was read. Rocky thanked the jurors for “saving his life” and the judge.

Viacom has filed a lawsuit claiming that Nick Cannon’s new show — 'Bad vs. Wild' — is a “flagrant” copycat of 'Wild ’N Out.'⁠ ⁠ Viacom (parent company and owner of MTV) claims Bad vs. Wild “goes far beyond mere imitation” and instead steals “each and every” element of 'Wild ’N Out". They also claim that Zeus induced Nick to breach his contract in order to be host of the new show. Viacom wants production on the show stopped, the show pulled from streaming, and any revenue made from the show turned over to them.

on the final days of the A$AP Rocky trial, Rocky's lawyer Joe Tacopina and both state prosecutors, John Lewin and Paul Bradley Przelomiec, give closing arguments. The state argued there is only one question that jurors need to answer, "was the gun real or fake?" while Tacopina argues the victim in this case, Terrell 'Relli' Ephron and his credibility are at issue here. The jury, made up of 7 women and 5 men, will begin deliberations on Tuesday about if Rakim 'A$AP Rocky' Mayers is guilty on both counts of Assault with a semi-automatic firearm, stemming from a November 6, 2021 incident in Hollywood, California. Rocky is facing up to 24 years but prosecutors have said they will recommend 8 years. Rihanna brought her and Rocky's 2 toddler sons, RZA and Riot, to court on day 12. You can at times hear them in the background.

The lawsuit that was filed against Diddy and Jay Z by Tony Buzbee on behalf of his Jane Doe client was just voluntarily dismissed with prejudice. With prejudice means it can not be refiled.

In a follow-up to Jay-Z’s defamation lawsuit he’s filed against Jane doe, Tony Buzbee & David Fortney, Buzbee has made a statement saying Jane Doe never told Jays reps that the allegations are false & Jane Doe herself has filed a declaration also asserting the allegations are true. 16 year old breaks down in court after being told he was being charged as an adult for first 1st degree M & being held without bond. 16 year old Sean Simpson is charged with the death of Zaquavious Dawkins who was pronounced deceased on January 26th. Simpson is charged under North Carolinas recent law amendment that allows 16 and 17 year olds to be charged as adults for more serious crimes. This type of law is common in many US states.
