Planning out my 2025 hunts and ultimately what are the goals from this year?? Of course a full freezer with Venison, Dove, Duck, some quail, and hopefully an elk or bear. BUT - I really want this guy right here. Come August/September he’s going to be thick from being mostly inactive due to the AZ heat and hiding from that sun. I’ve got a QAD exodus with his name written all over it. The beauty is it begins now. Finding him, his movement patterns, where he eats, where he drinks, how many doe does he run??? The hunt is such a complete endeavor I am addicted to it and so grateful God gave us this ability to gather our own resources to sustain. Time to prepare for what will most likely be a 55+ yard shot. Thinking about running the @primearchery form or RVX+ this year since I’ve fallen in love w/ the center grip. Should I??? #hunting #archery #muledeer #biggame #westernbiggamehunting

Been away for a while. The Lord humbled me in many ways both publicly and privately. Through this refining process He was gracious enough to teach me. Not only teach but show me, before my eyes, how many ways I was failing the opportunity He blessed me with. I was arrogant and prideful. A hypocrite and shameful. - Thats the beauty of the cross though isnt it??? - I SUCK. Even so, He is good. I am selfish. Even so, He is merciful. I fail, constantly. Even so, He is gracious. - My new mission is to serve. To use the following and the opportunity to do nothing but be more Christ-like and make Him know. Isaiah 6:8 is the battle cry. - Ive got a LOT of things in the works right now and whether 1 person sees them or 1 million, it doesn’t matter. All that matters is that it honors Him. - life update for those who care: My wife and I just hit 3 years married! My daughter is 2.5 and so freaking smart and a sweetheart. My son is now 7 months old and possibly the cutest baby on planet earth. We moved to Florida!!!!! Oh and I’m back in school getting my degree in Pastoral Ministry w/ a focus on Biblical Studies!
