The recipe to my easy Beef Stew! 1.5 lbs potatoes 3 large carrots 1 onion 6 pieces of celery 2 lbs beef roast 1 stick butter 2 tbs olive oil 8 cups beef broth 1 tbs gravy master Salt Pepper Garlic powder 1/4-1/2 cup banana pepper juice 1.5 cups bisquick mix 3/4 cup milk Add chopped veggies, beef, butter and oil into a large pan and cook over medium heat for 5-10 minutes or until veggies start to cook down and color starts to develop. Add in beef broth, gravy master, seasonings to taste, and pepper juice. Cover and let it simmer on low for 45 minutes- 1 hour. Mix bisquick mix and milk until a batter forms. Spoon batter into soup and partially cover. Continue to cook for 5-7 minutes or until the dumplings are fully set. Enjoy!
