Fun fact: SOAD was my first concert, I was about 12 or 13 and it was also my first-ever mosh pit experience. Little ol’ me really thought I could hang. Joining the mosh pit wasn’t the original plan, but how could we not? Thankfully, I had my own personal bodyguards who knew exactly what to do when things were about to hit the fan—they crowd-surfed me to the front of the stage and saved my tiny ass.
