it was rare, i was there 🦋🫶🏼🏰🧣🗽🐍🏹🪩🥂🕰️🖋️ the eras tour began march 17, 2023 and concludes tonight which feels completely insane to think about because so much life has happened in between these dates. I was fortunate enough to see this show twice: once in april 2023 after winning the ticketmaster war and now again in her final leg with a whole new era added to the show! in 2023, I was told you could see every tooth I have during miss americana because I was smiling so big and now, in 2024, I cried my way through marjorie and got teary again during the smallest man who ever lived… and I think that’s part of the reason why I’m so loyal to taylor’s music - through each season of my life since 2006, she was there sharing music that met me where I was (sometimes incredibly specifically: looking at you, LWYMMD). at times, she helped me put into words things I was forced to navigate and she inspired me in my own storytelling, modeling the belief that being brave enough to share your words was worth the risk of being misunderstood or whispered about. people love to hate her and her music isn’t for everyone, but as for me? I’ve had the time of my life fighting dragons with her over the last eighteen years! there was something special about the eras tour and the crowds that flocked to each city - girls walking to hotels at midnight and feeling safe in big cities? uber drivers and tsa agents wanting to trade bracelets? pilots playing taylor swift music upon landing? it makes no sense unless you got to see it up close and I’m so thankful to have had that chance! cheers to the eras tour and being blessed enough to get to be a part of this incredibly sparkly piece of music history 🫶🏼 thank you @Taylor Swift @Taylor Nation and every single person who worked diligently to make this tour so magical for all of us!!!! #TSTheErasTour #vancouvertstheerastour #erastour
