A realistic look at what I eat in a day as a breastfeeding mom. I do not count calories. I like to try to focus on high protein and I really try to get a lot of fiber whenever I can. Some days are more planned out than others. Today, my sister came over and we just snacked on some delicious food for lunch, so I probably didn’t hit my fiber or protein goals today.
