Biggest pros so far: no bloating + sleeping incredibly Biggest cons so far: drinking water (I make myself drink 2, 40oz bottles before 10am just to make sure I can get the last one in before dinner) + checking all labels when grocery shopping to make sure there’s no added sugars (annoying because literally everything does besides Whole Foods🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼)
