❤️🍪 changes I made to my cookie cake recipe to make cookie cups (full recipe is on my website!) 1. reduced to 1/4 cup granulated sugar 2. used 3 full eggs 3. additional 1/2 cup flour 4. added 1/4 tsp baking powder 5. portioned and refrigerated overnight everything else was the same! cookie cup inspo: @Hurdcookieco @Sophia ✨ @Little B’s Cookie Co @Katie’s Cookies

Replying to @Anna🍉 here’s a visual + a few tips: 1. make sure your dough is rolled out to at least 1/2 inch depth—any thinner and you’ll be able to see your sticks 2. if your dough is cracking when inserting your sticks, your dough is too dry, or your pops are too thin! try baking for less time or adding a little bit of frosting to bind it together. 3. make sure your cake pops are lined up straight, if they’re even slightly slanted, you’ll pierce right through the side of your pop 4. I insert my sticks all the way down until they hit the tray (didn’t used to, but this allows for exact consistency of height per pop!) 5. make sure if you purchase this @Daisy Makes tray, you use the code MAINSTREET10 to save some money! 🥰 I’m using the large here
