I was more concerned about how the turn out could of been different if she had pet someone else’s random dog. However, mistakes happen and the mother was really apologetic, there wasn’t a need to express my concerns as her face said it all. Instead Autumn enjoyed some belly rubs from her daughter and im sure her mom won’t make that mistake again! We had a great start to our fall semester of DPT school! I had to familiarize her as we moved from main campus to the healthcare building. Many service dogs and handlers are different but for an active girl and higher drive service dog, it is important for us to reach each other’s needs. This means I do have to start my days sometimes before sunrise to make sure she gets enough physical and mental stimulation to settle comfortably for what can be long durations at a time depending on my classes. 🍁🍂 #servicedog #americanbully #pibble #physicaltherapy #dptschool #dayinmylife
