Last night at work was the biggest mess I’ve ever seen in my entire travel life/existence with this Global Outage! I couldn’t even board because my seat map was totally blank, no names of passengers were showing up, couldn’t send numbers to our Pilots or our Towers so that they could take off, couldn’t bring in planes cause there were no gates to pull yall in. Planes couldn’t land cause there were no communication or information for them to land safely into airports. SO PLEASE BARE WITH US! GIVE EVERYBODY GRACE TODAY! If you are traveling today, if you are able to don’t even bother coming to the airport. If possible reschedule when the internet and systems are back up. Domino effect off delayed/cancelled flights will probably happen these first few days and we’ll be playing catch up so please bare with us! We’ll try our best to get y’all where you need to be as safely as possible!
