RECIPE BELOW! I swear we’ve all been sick for the last 2 monthsssss!! And I heard its finally snowing up north so this video is just in timeee! Chicken and Dumplings is one of my top 3 favorite winter meals! And not that “quick” kind lol 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs 32 oz chicken broth 1 can cream of chicken with herbs 2 stalks celery, diced 2 carrots, diced Half an onion, diced 4 cloves garlic, minced 4 tbsps butter 1.5 cups heavy cream Biscuit mix (@spilling_the_sweet_tea ) Seasonings used City Cajun (@onestopchop_ ) My Garlic Butter and Herb Salt if needed Avocado oil Seasoning chicken thighs with city cajun seasoning (no its not spicy). Sear in a pot with avocado oil until completely cooked through. Take out, add butter and veggies. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Add in can of cream of chicken, chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add chicken and simmer until chicken can shred easily. Then add heavy cream, my garlic butter n herb seasoning, and bring to boil. Make biscuits according to packaging. Add biscuits dough in chunks, and cook for 5 to 10 more minutes. Enjoy!
