Building the lifestyle I want rather than temporary workout routines or diets. -Gym: 7 days a week can consist of weightlifting/cardio/yoga/mobility not limiting myself to one motion but having a daily outlet of some sort -Nutrition: counting calories and not taking regular foods I would eat out, learning portion control and not stuffing my face -Productivity: I’ve been posting a bit more and spending time I would just sitting on the couch or playing games being productive not limited to content but even chores to keep myself moving
