Interesting side story, when Terry Black’s opened on Barton Springs Rd the neighborhood up the hill became inundated with BBQ smoke and smell every single day of the week, which became a bit of a legal battle that ultimately led to the installation of the commercial grade scrubbers on the smoke stacks of the pit. They are visible in the last shot of this clip.
