lebanese people are always expected to be resilient... but how much more can they be? catastrophe after catastrophe, we need a break. my people, who often times have nothing, will still give the shirt off their backs to help others. if you've ever been to lebanon, you would've experienced exactly what i'm talking about. a society where everyone suffers, yet everyone will jump at the first chance to lend someone a helping hand, or ensure someone has an amazing time while there. in my humble opinion, lebanon is truly a beautiful country from every single sq km of it, all 10,452 of them to be exact. my heart bleeds and breaks. it bleeds for the country where i was born. it breaks for all of my family and friends living there. it bleeds to see the beautiful landscapes destroyed. unfortunately, this is not a story that is a one-off. every single day, arabs are faced with catastrophic events and treated as subhumans. when will this end? will every arab have to die for yall to be satisfied? will all of our land have to become occupied and all our resources stolen for things to change? as one singular person, all i can do is try to bring awareness to the crimes that i$rael constantly commits, and try to fundraise and donate to the lebanese red cross. if you'd like to donate or help, i have links in my bio. 🇱🇧🤍
