my 75 hotter rules for myself: 1. 2 workouts a day. one inside & one outside. both 45 minutes minimum! EXCEPTION: sundays. active rest: (10k steps on treadmill) 2. prioritizing protein and greens at every meal 3. do a clean sweep before bed every night 4. once a week, connect with someone im trying to build a friendship with or an old friend 5. hot girls drink to celebrate, not to dissociate. no casual drinking 6. one aesthetic self-care act that makes me feel hotter. (could be a face mask, bubble bath, lip filler etc) 7. one progress photo each day 8. 3L of water every day 9. cutting out toxic people & going no contact 10. ten pages of a self help book every day & taking book notes (this could also be reading the Bible) start date: July 28th, end date: October 11th
