(could be a face mask, bubble bath, lip filler etc) 7. one progress photo each day  8. 3L of water every day 9. cutting out toxic people & going no contact  10. ten pages of a self help book every day & taking book notes (this could also be reading the Bible) start date: July 28th, end date: October 11th
