Girl, my nervous system is SHOT. If any of you are experiencing anxiety from everything that is happening in America, here are some grounding techniques- go outside barefoot and literally touch the grass/ground, hold ice cubes in your hands, dunk your face in cold water, rip up pieces of paper, punch your bed or pillows, take a warm bath, take a cold shower.
