Baked Old Bay Garlic Butter Cod Ingredients: •2 pounds Cod, sliced into filets, about 6 pieces (Preferably fresh cod) •¼ cup Unsalted Butter, melted & cooled to room temperature •1 tablespoon Olive Oil •3 Cloves Garlic, minced •1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning, or to taste •Chopped Parsley, for garnish •Fresh Juice of ½ Lemon •(Optional) Salt, to taste •(Optional) Black Pepper, to taste Roasted Garlic Parmigiano Asparagus Ingredients: •2 pounds Asparagus, cleaned and trimmed •1 teaspoon Kosher Salt, or to taste •1 teaspoon Black Pepper, or to taste •1 teaspoon Paprika, divided •½ cup Unsalted Butter, melted & cooled to room temperature •1 teaspoon Granulated Onion •1 teaspoon Granulated Garlic •1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning •2 Cloves Garlic, minced •¾ cup fresh grated Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese, or Parmesan Cheese, plus additional for after cooking Stovetop White Rice Ingredients: •3 cups water •1 teaspoon Kosher Salt •2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter •2 cups Long Grain White Rice, I used Jasmine Rice
