Ingredients: •2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream, cold •14 ounces Sweetened Condensed Milk •2 Teaspoons Vanilla Bean Paste, or vanilla extract  Instructions: •Refrigerate 2 large mixing bowls for at least 30 minutes prior to starting. •In one chilled bowl, add in heavy cream. Using a hand mixer with a wire whisk attachment, mix all of the ingredients together, starting on a low speed and gradually increase to a high speed while the mixture firms up. Mix for approximately 1-2 minutes or until stiff peaks form. •In a separate chilled bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and vanilla bean paste. •Gently fold all of the whipped heavy cream into the bowl with the sweetened condensed milk & vanilla until fully combined. If you would like to add in different ingredients to form different types of ice cream, you can do so at those stage. •Line a 9x5 loaf pan with parchment paper. Then,  pour all of the mixture into the pan and smooth it out to make sure that it is even in the pan. •Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours to overnight.
