BODY DYSMORPHIA IS REAL. And I fully believe there needs to be space to talk about it. I personally struggle with only seeing a heavier version of myself. No matter how much I workout, no matter clean I eat, I have this fear of going back . For me being at my heaviest was also a time when I was severely depression and anxious so l've mentally grouped them together. But I'm learning to let that go and love the progress l've made.It's time to rebuke body dysmorphia lol. This is a reminder, to myself as well, be kind to your body, it's the only one you get (also pls be kind in the comments, I will block you)
