So now that I’ve done it… would I recommend it? I really think it’s a personal opinion, but it works for me. I had to get past the stigma of “no work done” and aging naturally, and move into a space of satisfying my curiosity, and fully understanding the benefits. I went in with the mindset of, “I like the way I look and don’t want any drastic changes, please share with me the benefits of Botox”. After having a full consultation with Jena @injectionsbyjena , and her highlighting all the benefits of Botox, I opted to start gently and see what I thought, to determine if I would like it. The biggest highlights for me is how it improves the texture on my forehead and reduces the size of my pores. I of course had expression lines that I wanted addressed, but I didn’t wanna walk away with the “frozen face” feeling. I am very satisfied with the results and when given options to do things like raise eyebrows, which Botox can do, I opted out. Now, if I reach the point where my eyes begin to droop, we can talk about it then, but for now I am super satisfied with the results and I feel like a rejuvenated version of myself. Now does this take the place of my skin care routine – absolutely not! One of the reasons I could go without Botox until 58 was because of my skin care routine. If you’re curious about it, I would suggest start slowly and determine what you like. If you are on the NY area and would like to try @Aethos, NYC is offering a 20% discount if you mention me. They have 2 locations where services are provided, and they’re offering the discount at both! It’s time to book my 3rd treatment! #
