If white ink is not visible on your fake skin, try switching to a better quality one, as the cheap plasticky ones you get from Amazon for £5 a dozen are really useless, and will make you think that you're actually doing something wrong. It could also be that your white ink is very thick and hard to work with, but in most cases the issue is the cheap fake skin. Here's some useful advice, and a slightly different perspective, for beginner tattoo artists. If you're new to the craft, you should focus more on the technical side and less on the artistic. Don't turn people down because their requests are "not your style". If you've been tattooing for less than a year, you should tattoo everyone that comes through your door, as every tattoo you do gives you a +exp bonus and helps you level up. Both needles are great for shading and packing, but the M is slightly better for packing, and the RM is slightly better for smooth shading. I personally only use RMs for most of my work, but in some cases I'll use both.
