I placed the order at 5pm and paid an additional fee for Express (within the hour) and recieved a delay notice 2 HOURS later just to get THIS as my delivery 2.5 HOURS AFTER THAT DELAY! I immediately write customer service and was offered a insulting $25 refund! $25 refund for my completely melted, leaking, OPENED, exposed and broken items? The “Customer Service offer” of $25 refund is almost as disrespectful as my full delivery experience! Oh and for the Walmart Shopper/Delivery Driver, Mousam - when my husband ran out and very kindly asked why our items werent in bags your acting skills werent the best as you claimed “uh..uh no english” but then somehow quickly spoke very clear english in your response to my husband after he said he would report you for your disrespectful delivery!
